WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PROCESS WORK?
A temporary authorization hold will appear on your account upon order confirmation. The full transaction will be finalized and charged to your payment method once your shipment leaves our fulfillment center.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • Apparel: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and retain all original tags. Avoid makeup or perfumery or deodorant stains on tops/dresses.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked "FINAL SALE" (typically heavily discounted) cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited.

HOW DO EXCHANGES WORK?

  • Exchanges are limited to ​in-stock items; pre-order items cannot be reserved.
  • Follow Returns & Exchanges guidelines for all exchanged items.

STEPS TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE:

  1. Reserve your exchange item online via your account.
  2. Ship your original item back using:
  3. Allow ​2-3 business days for processing and shipment after we receive your return. A shipping notification will confirm dispatch.

CAN I COMBINE RETURNS FROM MULTIPLE ORDERS?

  • Same email account: Combine returns in one package. Please use a piece of paper to write down listing all order numbers and return labels.
  • Different accounts: Please return separately using each order’s corresponding label.

WHAT IF I ACCIDENTALLY RETURN A NON-MAJOR CRUSH ITEM?

  • While we’ll assist in locating the item, MAJOR CRUSH is ​not responsible for replacing, refunding, or compensating for non-company purchases.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFUSE A DELIVERY OR IT’S UNDELIVERABLE?

  • Refused/undeliverable packages will return to our facility. Redelivery cannot be arranged once en route.
  • For out-of-stock items in the original order:

REFUND METHOD & TIMELINE:

  • Original payment method: Refunds default to the card, PayPal, etc., used for purchase.
  • Store credit: Any partial/full credit applied will be refunded as new store credit.
  • Gift cards/loyalty rewards: Refunded to the original card/reward balance.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

  • Processing begins within ​2-3 business days of receiving your return.
  • Allow ​3-5 business days after confirmation for funds to reflect in your account (timing depends on your bank).

When Will My Order Ship?
It takes 3-5 days for us to process your order.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped on the same business day. For orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, please allow until the next business day for shipment.
Orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM PST, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

Can I Make Changes to My Order?
Regrettably, we are unable to modify existing orders once they have been submitted. However, you may cancel your order  before it ships and place a new order with your preferred items.

Possible Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, please note that transit times for free shipping and international orders are provided by carriers and may occasionally experience delays beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding!

How Do I Track My Package?
For traceable shipments:

Why Isn’t My Package Tracking Updating?
If you’ve recently received your tracking number, please allow up to 24 hours for the courier’s system to update the information.

Will My Package Require a Signature?
Most deliveries do not require a signature. However, for high-value items or at the discretion of our Risk Management team, a mandatory signature may be added. Should you wish to request a signature requirement for added security, please reach out to our Customer Care team.

What If My Package Is Lost or Stolen?
In the unfortunate event that your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we kindly ask that you:

How Do I Return a Gift Received from MAJOR CRUSH?
If you wish to return a gifted item, we’re here to help! Please follow these steps:

Will the Gift Purchaser Be Notified of My Return?
Absolutely not! To protect your privacy:

  • After updating your email through our ​Gift Return system, ​all notifications (including return confirmations) will be sent directly to your provided email.
  • The original purchaser will ​not receive any updates about the return.

How Long Will It Take to Hear Back About My Special Order?

MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER
